These terms explain how the Revora Insight diagnostic and any follow-on Performance Review work.

Revora Insight
The Insight diagnostic is a free information-gathering exercise for construction businesses. It usually takes 12–18 minutes. We personally review responses and aim to send the Insight Report within 24–48 hours. The report identifies potential opportunities from the information provided; it does not prove a financial loss or guarantee a result.

Performance Review
A Performance Review is a separate paid service. It normally runs over 1–2 weeks and may include discovery, workflow mapping, quantifying leakage, prioritisation, quick wins and a practical roadmap. Scope, timing and cost are agreed before work begins.

Your responsibilities
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not include passwords, bank details or confidential third-party information in the diagnostic.

Liability and law
The website and diagnostic are provided on an information-only basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revora is not liable for decisions made solely from the diagnostic without further investigation. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
