Revora handles information in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide through the Insight diagnostic or contact form, such as your name, work email, company, role, phone number and answers about your business.

How it is used
Information is used to prepare your tailored Insight Report, respond to enquiries, arrange a walkthrough where appropriate and deliver agreed services. We do not sell your information or use it to train third-party AI models.

Security and retention
Access is limited to people who need it to provide the service. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or where a legal obligation requires it. Voice notes, if used, may be transcribed for the service and then discarded.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or ask questions about how it is handled, by contacting enquiries@revoraio.com.
